Boishommo Birodhi Chhatra Andolon announced fresh demonstrations from Saturday, placing a 9-point demand, and protesting the killings of students and citizens across the country through attacks on peaceful demonstrations.
The students’ platform plans to organise a protest rally across the country on Saturday, and a “Non-cooperation” movement for an indefinite period from Sunday.
This announcement came on Friday, confirmed Mahin Sarkar – one of the key coordinators of Boishommo Birodhi Chhatra Andolon.
The platform has called upon people from all over the country to organise in alleys, streets and neighborhoods to make the programmes successful.
