In response to recent attacks, killings, and a demand for a terrorism-free campus, the Anti-Discrimination Student Movement has announced a "Complete Shutdown" across the country on Thursday.

The movement’s coordinator, Hasnat Abdullah, stated that no institutions, except hospitals and emergency services, will open their doors. Furthermore, no vehicles will be permitted on the roads, except ambulances.

"We urge students from every school, college, university, private university, and madrasa across the country to make tomorrow's program successful," Abdullah emphasised.

Addressing parents, Abdullah added, "We are your children. Stand by us, protect us. This fight is not just for students; it is for the general populace of this country, regardless of party affiliation."

This protest follows a series of incidents and the perceived failure of law enforcement agencies, including the police, BGB, RAB, and SWAT, to maintain peace during student movements.
