The Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has set up a hotline to receive complaints against Regent Group's chairman Shahed Karim alias Md Shahed.
The victims of his frauds can also seek legal help by calling the hotline number.

Earlier On 16 July, A Dhaka court placed Regent Group's chairman Shahed Karim alias Md Shahed and managing director Masud Parvez on 10-day remand each in connection with cases filed over providing fake Covid-19 test reports and embezzlement of Tk 3.68 crore.
On July 15, Shahed was arrested near the Labangabati river in Debhata Upazila around 5.30 am.
