The Bangladesh Road Transport Authority has decided to reinstate regular bus fares from Wednesday.
The BRTA on Tuesday issued a notification on its website announcing the decision.
Besides, public transports will be allowed to carry passengers at full capacity from August 11, said the notification.
However, public transports will not be allowed to run with standing passengers, said BRTA.
Public transports have been operating with 60 per cent extra fare as they were allowed to run with half their capacity.
