Top officials of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP)'s Mirpur division have been transferred.
The transfers have been confirmed in two separate official orders signed by DMP Commissioner Shafiqul Islam on Saturday.
Mirpur Division DC Mostak has been transferred to DMP's Protective Division as DC while Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Mizanur Rahman has been transferred to Operations at DMP headquarters as ADC.
Assistant Commissioner (AC) of Pallabi Zone Firoz Kawsar has been transferred to DMP's Welfare and Force division as AC.
Pallabi Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Md Nazrul Islam has been transferred to Prosecution Division of DMP, Inspector (Investigation) Md Abdul Mabud has been transferred to Lalbagh Division and Inspector (Operation) Mohammad Emramul Islam has been transferred to Detective Branch (DB) of Wari Division.
Operations at DMP headquarters ADC Md Ariful Islam has been transferred to Pallabi Zone as ADC, AC Md Shah Kamal has been transferred to Pallabi Zone, Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime Unit (CTTC) Inspector Md Yamin Kabir has been transferred to Pallabi Police Station as inspector (operations).
