Fifteen more patients died at the Covid unit of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital in the past 24 hours till Friday morning.
"Of the deceased, five were Covid-19 positive while ten others died with Covid-like-symptoms," said RMCH Director Brigadier General Shamim Yazdani.
Among the fatalities, eight hailed from Rajshahi, two each from Natore, and Pabna, and one each from Naogaon, Kushtia and Chapainawabganj districts.
With newly admitted 47 patients, a total of 403 patients are undergoing treatment against 513 beds at the Covid unit, he added.
Some 34 other patients returned home after being cured during the same time.
