Thirteen more Covid patients died in the past 24 hours at Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital till Monday morning, according to the district's health officials.
"Of the deceased, six were Covid-19 positive while the others died with Covid-like-symptoms," said Saiful Ferdous, deputy director of Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital (RMCH).
Of them, four were male patients and others female. Most of them were between 35 and 60 years old.
With 62 new cases, a total of 406 people are currently undergoing Covid treatment at the hospital.
On Sunday, 188 samples were tested in the hospital's lab and 368 in the PCR lab. Of these, 70 people were identified as Covid positive in the RMCH Lab and 175 in the PCR Lab.
As per the test ratio of the samples, the infection rate is 43.19 per cent.
So far, 259 people died at the RMCH till Monday.
