Rupganj factory fire: Victims’ bodies shifted to SSMC morgue

The bodies of the people killed in Rupganj factory fire are being shifted from Dhaka Medical College Hospital to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital morgue.

15 of the 48 bodies were sent to the SSMC morgue around 12:15pm on Saturday.

According to the DMC forensic department officials, the bodies are being sent to Suhrawardy Hospital morgue as per the instructions of the concerned officials as there is not enough space in DMC morgue.

A fire broke out at Sezan Juice Factory in Rupganj at 5:30pm on Thursday killing 52 people and injuring more than 50 others so far.
