The “Victory Dictation” event has been held at the Russian House in Dhaka, dedicated to the upcoming 79th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945.
Director of Russian House in Dhaka Pavel Dvoychenkov in his welcome speech mentioned that the programme is being held to attract the general public to study the history of the Great Patriotic War and increase historical literacy, reads a press release.
Forty participants participated in the dictation on Friday, and among them were schoolchildren, students, journalists.
The “Victory Dictation” was carried out in the form of testing. In 45 minutes, participants had to answer 25 questions. Participants were awarded memorial certificates after the dictation.
