Saimon Holidays inks MoU with Saudi Tourism Authority

Saimon Holidays, a sister concern of Saimon Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) during the recently concluded NUSUK roadshow at the Bangladesh International Conference Center in Dhaka.

The Roadshow was inaugurated by Tawfig Al-Rabiah, minister of Hajj and Umrah for Saudi Arabia.

The MOU was signed between STA President- Asia Pacific (APAC Markets) Alhasan A. Aldabbagh, and Afsia Jannat Saleh, proprietor of Saimon Holidays.

The MOU signing ceremony heralded a new chapter in the journey of Saimon Group providing a one-stop service to all aspiring travellers from Bangladesh to Saudi Arabia, reads an official press release.

With the opening of the tourism industry in Saudi Arabia, it will open up new destinations in Saudi Arabia in addition to the religious visits to Makkah and Medina, according to the release.

At the culmination of the MOU Signing ceremony, Afsia Jannat Saleh expressed her gratitude for being appointed as a strategic partner of the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) to promote Umrah and Saudi tourism among Bangladeshi travellers.

Saimon Group is the leading travel service provider that caters to the needs of most of the larger corporate clients in Bangladesh and provides a Visa Application Centre(VAC) for a number of Embassies and Consulates in Bangladesh.

With this alliance with STA, Saimon Group will help pave the way to a huge growth in Saudi Tourism which is expected to reach approximately 7 million by 2030.

The NUSUK roadshow aimed to highlight Saudi Arabia's transformation into a premier travel destination, shedding light on its historical treasures, modern attractions, and warm hospitality.

Echoing her enthusiasm, Afsia Jannat Saleh expressed her confidence that Saimon Holidays will deliver a state-of-the-art platform for Bangladeshi travellers as Saudi Arabia continues to open its doors to travellers worldwide.
