The Saudi ambassador to Bangladesh Essa Yousef Essa Alduhailan has said that Saudi investors are interested to invest in Bangladesh.
The ambassador mentioned the possibility while paying a courtesy call on Foreign Minister AK Abdul Momen on Thursday.
During the meeting, Alduhailan informed the foreign minister about the investment initiatives taken by Saudi investors to invest in Bangladesh.
Alduhailan also highlighted the importance of joint efforts from both sides to strengthen the relation between the two countries.
Meanwhile, Momen appreciated the political and humanitarian support of the Saudi Arabia government in Rohingya-related issues.
