The Supreme Court administration has issued a notification extending the effectiveness of bail and all types of interim orders.
The notification signed by the Registrar General of the Supreme Court Mohammad Ali Akbar has been published on the website of the Supreme Court.
The notification said that in all cases where the accused has been granted bail for a specified period of time or in cases where bail has been granted on condition of surrendering from higher court to the lower court, or in cases where interim orders have been issued for a specified period, the effectiveness of these orders has been extended.
