State Minister for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Zunaid Ahmed Palak on Saturday said Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center will create digital entrepreneurs.
The state minister made the remark as the chief guest while attending the inauguration program of Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center in the South Matlab upazila parishad of Chandpur, said a press release.
"Sheikh Kamal IT Training and Incubation Center will create digital entrepreneurs by increasing the speed of non-government investment through the 'Innovation Ecosystem' in the country," he said.
Through the implementation of the project, the country's economy will get benefits by earning foreign currency in the information technology field, he added.
Bangladesh Hi-tech Park Authority Managing Director Bikarna Kumar Ghosh, Bangladesh Diesel Plant Limited Managing Director Brigadier General Syed Rafiqul Islam, Project Director and Joint Secretary AKM Abdullah Khan, ICT division and local administration officials concerned were present at the inauguration ceremony.
State Minister for Planning Shamsul Alam and Chandpur-2 constituency lawmaker Nurul Amin Ruhul were present as special guests, among others, on the occasion.
