Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad and ruling Awami League candidate of Rangpur-6 (Pirganj) constituency Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury cast her vote at Mokimpur 1 No Govt Primary School polling centre in Pirganj upazila of Rangpur district on Sunday morning.
“The polls are being conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Voters are voting in a peaceful environment and she called upon the voters to come polling centres and exercise constitutional rights,” She told the Journalists after casting her own vote, reports BSS.
Dr Shirin Sharmin is a voter of Fatepur village, the house of Prime Minister’s father-in-law.
