Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi has tested positive for Covid-19.
Md Abdul Latif Bakshi, public relations officer of the Ministry of Commerce confirmed the matter on Wednesday (June 17)."The minister received his coronavirus test result from the capital's Evercare Hospital but he is physically well,” said Bakshi.
“The minister received test report today and he is now doing well,” he said.
Earlier on Saturday, State Minister for Religious Affairs Sheikh Md Abdullah died from coronavirus.
