The replacement of the metro rail carriage’s broken window will cost about Tk 10 lakh after a stone-like object hit a glass of the running train on Sunday morning, metro rail officials said.
A case was filed with Kafrul Police Station the next day. A court on Tuesday set June 7 for submitting a probe report.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Shanto Islam Mollik passed the order, accepting the first information report in the case.
Nobody has been arrested so far in the case.
