The United States mourns every innocent life lost, said the US Embassy in Dhaka.
US Ambassador to Bangladesh Peter Haas has ordered the US Embassy flag to be flown at half-mast on Saturday, which was earlier declared a day of mourning by the Bangladesh government for the Palestinian victims of Israel's ongoing assault in Gaza.
“We mourn civilians of every faith and every nationality who have been killed in the conflict," said the US Embassy on Friday, quoting US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
