US investors are eager to invest more in Bangladesh, thanks to the fast-growing economy and better environment for investment, US Ambassador in Bangladesh Peter Haas said.
He made the remark while visiting Unique Meghnaghat Power Plant Ltd and GE Gas Power located in Narayanganj on Wednesday.

"I am optimistic that US investment will be the number one foreign direct investment source of Bangladesh in the future," he also said.
Mohd Noor Ali, managing director and the founder of Unique Group, also spoke there.
