Talking to The Business Post Mominul Islam, a resident in Rayerbazar area, said vegetable prices were a bit lower last week. But today the prices of everything have shot up again. In a few days, nothing has happened in the country that will increase the prices. It's nothing but traders’ syndicated manipulation. If they are severely punished, the people will get rid of this syndicate, he added.
