Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country, according to a Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) bulletin issued on Saturday morning.
"Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country. Light to moderate fog may occur over the country during late night to early morning in the next 24 hours commencing from 9am today," said the bulletin.
However, night temperature may fall by 1-2 degrees Celsius and day temperature may rise slightly over the country.
Country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded at 29.8 degrees Celsius at Sayedpur and today's minimum temperature was recorded at 16.2 degrees Celsius at Chuadanga.
Maximum rainfall for the last 24 hours till 6am, December 9, was recorded at 10 millimetres (mm) at Teknaf and Bandarban.
The sun sets at 5:11pm Saturday and rises at 6:30am Sunday in the capital.
