JS committee discusses on Highway Bill 2021

Parliamentary Standing committee on the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges on Sunday discussed elaborately on the Highway Bill-2021 as the bill is now under review by the concerned committee.

“Before enactment of the law, the committee has recommended for bringing necessary review and correction of the bill,” according to the eleventh meeting of the parliamentary committee held at the Jatiya Sangsad here.

With committee chairman M Ekabbar Hossain in the chair, the meeting was also attended , among others, by Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader, Enamul Huq, Mohammad Abu Zahir, Rezwan Ahammad Towfique, Mohammad Salim Uddin Tarafder, Shiekh Salahudddin, Syed Abu Hossain and Rabeya Alim.
