The applicant can now get quick response (QR) code based ‘Duplicate Carbon Receipt (DCR)’ online by paying the required fee in e-mutation or e-namjari.
This DCR is equivalent to the DCR issued by manual method or printed from BG Press and it will be legally valid and universally acceptable, said the Ministry of Land on Tuesday.
The applicant will have to pay Tk 20 for court fee in the e-mutation application online process firstly.
Later, he or she will have to pay Tk 50 for notice issuance fee in that process.
After paying a total of Tk 70 in the aforesaid process online, the applicant will have to deposit Tk 1,100 online.
Of the Tk 1,100, Tk 1,000 for record correction or update fee after namjari approval while Tk 100 for distribution of mutation ledger.
