4 more deaths, 297 new infections

Bangladesh registered four more Covid-related deaths and 297 new infections in the last 24 hours until Wednesday morning.

According to the latest data, the total number of fatalities reached 28,038 while the positivity rate stood at 1.05 per cent.

After adding the fresh cases, the total caseload jumped to 15,80,302 said a regular bulletin of theDirectorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

The health authorities reported the latest figures after testing 28,153 samples at 848 laboratories across the country. Bangladesh has so far tested 1,11,93,258 samples.
