Channel24 to air special programme on Sufi Mizanur Rahman today

A special interview of eminent industrialist and founder of PHP Group Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman will be aired at Channel24 today.

The first episode of two part programme titled “CEO’s talk” will be aired at 9:30pm on Friday while the second episode will be aired at same time on the next day.

Currently, more than 29 companies are operating under the PHP group that started its journey with the leadership of Mohammed Mizanur Rahman.

Besides, the government awarded Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman with Ekushey Padak in 2020, for his vast contribution in social activism.

Mizanur Rahman was born in a Muslim family at Kanchan village of Rupganj in Narayanganj in 1943.

Mizanur Rahman was a bank official when he left his job and went ahead with the initiative of launching his own business after the independence of Bangladesh. He has so far founded 33 companies in the last five decades, where around 10,000 people are currently employed.
