Biman Bangladesh Airlines will operate a special flight on Dhaka-Chattogram-Dubai route on January 9.
The initiative has been taken for the convenience of passengers at Shah Amanat International Airport in Chattogram as the operation of a RT-PCR lab to conduct Covid tests for departing passengers began at the airport.
Besides, the national flag carrier will start operating regular flights on Chattogram-Dubai route from January 11, a press release said on Thursday.
The flight, BG 4147, will leave Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 10:45am for the Chattogram airport and reach there at 11:00am.
The flight will depart for Dubai at 12:00pm and land there at 15:30 local time, it said.
The one way ticket for economy class of the special flight will cost a maximum Tk 65,329, including tax, while for business class it will cost a minimum Tk 86,536.
Tickets for the flight will be open for sale at 4:30pm Thursday.
