Biman suspends cabin crew for misbehaving with passengers

Biman Bangladesh Airlines has suspended a cabin crew for allegedly misbehaving with passengers on flight BG-396, which left Kolkata for Dhaka at 9:05 pm on July 21.

Flight attendant Mugni Mustafa was suspended on Wednesday, Tahera Khandaker, general manager (public relations) of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, confirmed to The Business Post.

The passengers only asked for water when the cabin crew misbehaved with them. Later, on landing, they complained to Biman officials at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport of Dhaka, Biman sources said.

On July 22, Biman grounded four cabin crew including Mugni. A committee was formed to investigate the incident promising further action.
