Banglalink recently announced the winners of the sixth edition of its digital ideation competition for youths-- Banglalink Ennovators.
The champion team ‘We Showed Up’ received an opportunity to take a fully sponsored trip to Amsterdam, Netherlands for a visit to multinational telecommunication company VEON Ltd headquarters, according to a press statement issued on Tuesday.
Besides, the first and the second runner-up teams - ‘The Contrivers’ and ‘Team Superlatives’ – received attractive prizes.
Additionally, the top 3 teams were given the opportunity to participate in the Assessment Center round of Banglalink’s flagship Strategic Assistant Program.
The winners and the prizes were announced at the grand finale of Ennovators 6.0 held on Monday night, where Posts and Telecommunications Minister Mustafa Jabbar was the chief guest.
“Banglalink’s empowerment initiatives continue to inspire our youngsters to embrace innovation in their lives. With the knowledge and experiences acquired from such a programme, they can prepare themselves for taking the responsibility of building Smart Bangladesh,” he said on the occasion.
Among others, officials of Banglalink, including its Chief Executive Officer Erik Aas, Chief Human Resources and Administration Officer Monzula Morshed were also present at the event.
