Saudi commerce minister to attend Business Summit in Dhaka

Saudi Arabian Minister for Commerce Majid bin Abdullah Al Qasabi will lead a large delegation in the Business Summit to be held in Dhaka in March this year, Saudi ambassador in Dhaka Essa Yousef Essa Alduhailan told Commerce Ministry Tipu Munshi on Thursday.

During the views exchange, Tipu Munshi informed the Saudi envoy that 100 Special Economic Zones are being developed across Bangladesh and some of them are ready for operation. He said Bangladesh expects more Saudi investment in those economic zones.

The minister told the envoy that Bangladesh has a sufficient skilled workforce and it is also a big market. Besides, the government is offering various attractive incentives for investment in the country.
