The recent concern regarding price hike of goods and services across the country is the cause and effect of fear over possible incoming sanctions, a constant inflation rate rise, and a fall in remittance.
To overcome these issues, a number of required opportunities should be considered for economic development.
In the current scenario, the ICT industry is growing steadily. This particular industry has more options in the future as many foreign countries outsource services from Bangladesh.
It is a perfect opportunity as this sector has enormous potential and is currently in a good innovation stage, and more digital entrepreneurs, such as freelancers and many foreign countries, are investing in it.
Hence, it favours the country’s economy and plays a vital role in the GDP. More and more seminars need to be conducted and carried out by the ICT ministry to encourage young people to be tech-savvy.
The ministry also needs to boost internet speed, especially in remote areas near ports and EPZ areas. The government should also proceed with the development by investing in it, and attracting more foreign investors in the market.
