The Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) on Friday allowed BNP to hold its divisional rally at the Golapbagh ground in the capital on Saturday.
They gave the permission on condition that BNP will be held liable for any structural damage caused to the venue during the rally.
BNP's acting office secretary Syed Imran Saleh Prince sent a letter addressing the DSCC chief executive officer on Friday night, seeking permission to use the Golapbagh ground for their rally on Saturday, read a press release signed by DSCC spokesperson Abu Naser.

Akramuzzaman, acting chief executive officer and secretary of the DSCC, granted conditional permission to BNP to hold the rally.
