Fans of Dhallywood superstar Shakib Khan are buzzing after the official teaser for his upcoming film "Toofan" dropped on YouTube on Tuesday.
The teaser features Shakib Khan in a completely different look, action avatar and acting style. He has impressed everyone with his performance. The presence of Chanchal Chowdhury in the teaser has added another dimension to the teaser.
Shakib Khan will be seen playing the role of a gangster from the 90s. A glimpse of his character has been shown in the teaser. The teaser has gone viral on social media after the production company and those associated with the film shared the 1 minute 21 second teaser.
In an interview, director Rafi said that "Toofan" is a film that will "introduce Bengali cinema to the world in a new way." He said that the film is a "dream project" for him and that he is grateful to have Shakib Khan on board.
"'Toofan' will be a game-changer for the Bengali film industry. This film will raise the bar for Bengali cinema," he added.
This action-packed film also features Mimi Chakraborty, Chanchal Chowdhury, and Nabila. The film is currently slated for release on Eid-ul-Azha.
