Financial Reporting Council (FRC) Chairman Professor Hamid Ullah Bhuiyan Didar passed away on Monday evening [June 17, 2024] while undergoing treatment at the Ibrahim Cardiac Center (Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un).
His first namaz-e-janaza was held in Dhaniya on Tuesday [June 18, 2024]. Later, the coffin of late Prof Hamid Ullah Bhuiyan will be brought to the Dhaka University Accounting Department for paying respects at 12pm Wednesday [June 19, 2024].
He will be laid to eternal rest at the Azimpur graveyard the same day after a second namaz-e-janaza following Zuhr prayers. The Dhaka University Accounting Alumni has expressed deep sorrow over Prof Hamid Ullah Bhuiyan’s demise.
