Lieutenant Colonel Sami-Ud-Dowla Chowdhury of the Bangladesh Army has been appointed Director of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate. He will replace Lt Colonel Abu Hayder Mohammad Rasheluzzaman as the current ISPR Director.
This information was announced on Wednesday through a notification signed by Ministry of Public Administration Deputy Secretary Abdullah Arif Muhammad.
The ISPR notification stated that this order, issued in the public interest, will take immediate effect.
