Leonard Mengezi, the high commissioner of The Republic of Malawi, and representatives from Malawi are on a visit to Bangladesh in an effort to foster stronger economic and cultural ties.

Efforts are being made to promote Malawi as a prime destination for eco-tourism and cultural exploration, catering to the growing interest among Bangladeshi travellers seeking new and exotic destinations, according to a press release.
