ShareTrip, the country’s only travel and lifestyle company, stands in solidarity with the communities devastated by the recent floods in Noakhali, Feni, and Chattogram. The unprecedented floods have left countless families facing unimaginable loss and hardship.

In response to this humanitarian crisis, ShareTrip has stepped forward with a compassionate CSR initiative, pledging to donate Tk 50 lakh towards flood relief and rehabilitation efforts for the affected communities, read a press release issued Wednesday.

Demonstrating a collective commitment, ShareTrip employees have also generously contributed a portion of their salaries, resulting in a donation of 15 Lakh Taka to the Chief Advisor’s Flood Relief Fund.

Under this initiative, a specific portion of airfares from air ticket bookings will be allocated to flood relief efforts through a few distinguished NGOs, ensuring that every booking makes a meaningful contribution towards supporting those in need.

ShareTrip Co-founder and CEO Sadia Haque stated, “In times of crisis, we must stand united as a community. While our efforts may seem modest, we are committed to offering relief to those who are severely impacted.

“By leveraging our existing relationships with NGOs we've worked with over the years, we hope to rebuild and restore the affected communities.”

She added, “A heartfelt appreciation to our incredible team and valued clients for joining us on this journey. We are devoted to fostering the continued development and well-being of our nation’s people.”
