Land Adviser A F Hasan Arif has asked the land officials to ensure user-friendly easy land services for the people.
He stressed hassle-free and time-saving land services for citizens in government offices.
“A public servant should understand what people want,” he said.
Adviser Hasan Arif said this during a visit to the city’s Kattali Circle land office on Monday, reports BSS.
Official sources said it is the first visit of the land advisor at field level after assuming office.
Hasan Arif inspected the e-namzari process of an applicant and handed over a new khatian to applicant Nazim Uddin Sarkar.
A cheerful Nazim Uddin gave special thanks to the Adviser after receiving a hassle-free namzari khatian.
The Adviser also inspected the activities of the ongoing digital survey and data entry activities.
Kattali Circle Assistant Commissioner (Land) Arafat Siddiqui informed the Advisor about “Bhumi Seva” initiatives and highlighted the objectives and progress of the Smart Land Management program.
Senior government officials were present with the adviser.
