Bangladesh number 2 in ODI Super League points table

Winning the three-match ODI series 3-0 against West Indies has put Bangladesh at number 2 in the ODI World Cup Super League points table.

Australia are at the top with 40 points from four wins in six matches they've played. Tigers surpassed England after winning the third ODI against West Indies on Monday.

The top eight teams of ODI Super League points table will get direct entry to the World Cup 2023, including the hosts India.

In the final and third ODI, Tamim Iqbal, Shakib Al Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim and Mahmudullah Riyad hit a half-century each to guide the team to a convincing victory by 120 runs.

Now, both teams will lock horns in a two-match Test series starting from February 3 in Chattogram. The second Test will be played in Dhaka from February 11.
