Holidays for pry schools extended till May 22

The government has extended the ongoing closure of all primary schools and kindergartens till May 22 amid the rise in coronavirus cases in the country.

The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education issued a notice in this regard on Sunday.

The ministry, on March 25, said in a circular that all educational institutions of secondary and higher secondary levels will resume classes after nearly a year of shutdown in wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
