AL redistributes organisational responsibilities for 3 organising secretaries

Bangladesh Awami League on Tuesday redistributed the organisational responsibilities of three of its organising secretaries – Ahmed Hossain, Abu Saeed Al Mahmud Swapan, MP, and Sakhawat Hossain Shafiq.

Ahmed has been entrusted with the organisational duty of Sylhet Division (instead of Chattogram Division). Swapan has been given the duty of Chattogram Division (instead of Rangpur) and Shafiq of Rangpur (instead of Sylhet).

The divisional responsibilities of five other organising secretaries remain unchanged.

They are – BM Mozammel Haque with responsibility in Khulna Division, SM Kamal Hossain in Rajshahi Division, Mirza Azam MP in Dhaka Division, Advocate Afzal Hossain in Barishal Division and Shafiul Alam Chowdhury Nadel in Mymensingh.

Their responsibilities were reorganised in line with the directive of AL President Sheikh Hasina, said a release sent by AL Office Secretary Barrister Biplob Barua.
