‘Bir’, ‘Haldaa’, 14 special dramas on Bioscope during Eid

Bioscope, an over-the-top platform of Grameenphone, is set to release Shakib Khan starrer action-thriller ‘Bir’ and award winning Tauquir Ahmed directorial ‘Haldaa’ on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, said a press release Sunday.

The OTT platform will also stream 14 exciting Eid dramas directed by Taneem Rahman Angshu and Shafayet Mansoor Rana from the first day of Eid, featuring Rafiath Rashid Mithila, Tanjin Tisha, Sabila Noor and Sabbir Mishu, among others.

Shakib Khan’s first collaboration with veteran director Kazi Hayat ‘Bir’ will be available on Bioscope on the first day of Eid.

‘Bir’— Kazi Hayat’s 50th directorial venture, features Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly, and Misha Sawdagor in the lead roles, which was earlier released in theatres in 2020.

Written and directed by Kazi Hayat, the action-thriller was co-produced by Shakib Khan and Mohammad Iqbal under the banner of SK Films.

'Haldaa,’ starring Zahid Hasan, Mosharraf Karim, Nusrat Imrose Tisha, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Dilara Zaman and Runa Khan in major roles, portrays an absorbing plot on the struggles of the fishermen of the Halda river. The 2017 film will also be available on Bioscope on the first day of Eid.

The audience can also watch serials like Pori, Zara, and Abir starring ‘Hurram’ from Sultan and Suleiman, from day one of Eid with gradual episode releases, said the press release.

Besides hit cinemas, Bioscope also has a huge collection of Bangla dramas, TV Shows, and more than 70 free local and foreign TV channels for the audience to stay occupied all along.
