The Anti- Corruption Commission has directed transport sector leader Khnadakar Enaet Ullah and former sales assistant of Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Faruk Hasan to provide details of their wealth within 21 days.
The order was issued after the anti-graft body found evidences that the two amassed illegal wealth, its public relations officer Muhammad Arif Sadeq said on Monday.
Faruk was the leader of collective bargaining agent of Titas Gas while Enaet Ullah is the current the general secretary of Dhaka Road Transport Owners Association.
The ACC has sought information about movable and immovable wealth of the two people and their dependents within 21 days.
If they fail to submit the information or give fake statement on the wealth information, then the commission will take the necessary action under ACC Act, Section 26 (2), according to the notice.
