BRAC University's Centre for Peace and Justice in association with Peace Research Institute Oslo, UiT The Arctic University of Norway and the University of Dhaka are inviting applications for a PhD scholarship.
The scholarship will be provided by the project “Statelessness in the Bengali Borderlands” funded by the Research Council of Norway.
The scholarship is for a period of three years, full time and must take study leave for the entire period, said a press release on Tuesday.
Candidates must fulfil the general requirements for PhD admission to the University of Dhaka and a soft copy of the application needs to be sent by August 7, 2021, and shortlisted candidates will be informed and invited for an interview, said the release.
The successful candidate will receive a monthly stipend of around Tk 50,000.
The candidates have to send applications to Main Supervisor and Project Leader.
