Complaint filed against Shakib Khan under Digital Security Act

Singer Dilruba Khan has filed a complaint against film actor Shakib Khan under the Digital Security Act, Section 23, for violating copyright law.

Wolora Ashfaque & Associates filed the complaint on behalf of the singer on Sunday.

The plaintiff claimed Shakib Khan took out parts of lyric from a song that Dilruba had sung and used it in a song for his movie 'Password'.

Dilruba’s lawyer Barrister Wolora Afrin confirmed the matter to the media on Sunday.

Wolora Afrin said, “We sent out a legal notice to the actor before filing a complaint under the Digital Security Act.”
