Bruzon officially takes over, Kingsley in

Oscar Bruzon, the Spanish coach who recently won the Bangladesh Premier League with Bashundhara Kings, has officially taken the charge of Bangladesh National Football team on Wednesday.

Bruzon will be overseeing the national team in the upcoming SAFF Championship, starting from October 1 in Maldives.

The Spanish coach also announced the primary team for SAFF Championship where naturalized Bangladesh citizen Eleta Kingsley has also been included.

The Spaniard replaced Jamie Day, who was relived of his charge after a debacle in the Kyrgyzstan where the Bangladesh team suffered three defeats.

Bangladesh Preliminary squad:

Goalkeepers: Anisur Rahman, Sahidul Alam, Ashraful Islam Rana.

Defenders: Bishwanath Ghosh, Topu Barman, Tariq Rahman Kazi, TuTul Hossain Badsha, Rahmat Mia,Riyadul Islam, Yeasin Arafat, Rzaul Karim, Atikuzzaman, Mehedi Hasan.

Midfielders: Atiqur Rahman Fahad, Sohel Rana, Saad Uddin, Jamal Bhuyan, Rakib Hossain, Manik Hossain Molla.

Forwards: Biplo Ahmed, Mahbubur Rahman, Mohammad Ibrahim, Eleta Kingsley, Matin Miah, Jewel Rana, Suman Reza.
