Daraz Bangladesh has successfully wrapped up the third phase of its special leadership programme, Daraz Championship Case Study (DCCS).

The case study event of the 18-month-long management trainee programme was held at a private hotel in Dhaka on Wednesday, said a press release.

According to the release, the programme was aimed at developing future business leaders from the contemporary youth through comprehensive leadership training,

At the event, the champion team received Daraz Vouchers worth Tk 15000 while first runner-up and second runner-up teams got Daraz Vouchers worth Tk 9000 and Tk 6000, respectively. All the winners also received crests and certificates.

Kazi Mohammad Jafar Sadek, chief HR & admin officer of Daraz Bangladesh; Shabbir Hossain, its chief commercial officer; and Khondoker Tasfin Alam, its chief operating officer handed over the awards to the winners.

The leading online marketplace had commenced the leadership program on May 12, with a primary batch of 8012 young participants. After a number of selection phases, only 120 made it to the case study round.

High officials from Daraz Bangladesh, including – Tajdin Hassan, chief marketing officer; AHM Hasinul Quddus, chief corporate affairs officer; Farhana Rafiq Uzzaman, chief customer officer; Mashrur Hasan Mim, chief marketing officer – HungryNaki and other department heads, invitees and media personnel were present on the occasion.
