Bogura-1, Jashore-6 by-polls on July 14: EC

By-polls to Bogura-1 and Jashore-6 constituencies will be held on 14 July.

The elecion commission Saturday announced the polls schedule. 

“The decision was taken at an emergency meeting on Saturday (July 4) afternoon”, said EC Secretariat's Senior Secretary Md Alamgir.

Earlier on March 21, EC decided to postpone by-polls to Bogura-1 and Jashore- 6 constituencies considering the coronavirus pandemic.
