Country’s 60 per cent people still don't follow proper handwashing norms though it is very important during this coronavirus pandemic situation.

This information was revealed by Savlon Bangladesh as the company conducted a social experiment on the occasion of Global Handwashing Day-2021, said a media statement on Tuesday.

According to the release, through an online game, Savlon tried to encourage everyone to wash their hands properly by highlighting how many people were actually following the minimum time required for proper handwashing. Out of more than 53,000 participants, 40 per cent people successfully cleaned their hands for at least 20 seconds and remaining 60 per cent people failed to do so.
