Barsha’s first look revealed for ‘Netri: The Leader’

Businessman-turned-actor Ananta Jalil’s upcoming film ‘Netri: The Leader’ starring his wife and actress Afiea Nusrat Barsha in the central role along with him is currently in its second schedule of shooting.

In the film based on a political storyline, Barsha will be seen playing the role of a political figure.

Ananta Jalil on Wednesday took to his verified Facebook page to share a few behind-the-scene photo of the upcoming film. In one of these, Barsha was seen in the look of a leader, dressed in a saree waving the people.

“The shooting of ‘Netri: The Leader’ is on. Several renowned Indian actors are working on this film. Pradeep Rawat has already arrived in Bangladesh and joined in the second schedule shooting,” Antata said in the post.

Along with Ananta and Barsha, the film stars South Indian actors Pradeep Rawat, Kabir Duhan Singh and Tarun Arora and several others from Turkey.

‘Netri: The Leader’, jointly directed by Ananta Jalil and Turkey-based Indian film director Upendra Madhav is being produced under the banner of Ananta’s production house ‘Monsoon Films’ and Turkey-based 1958 Film Yapim.

Following a grand announcement ceremony in February this year, the film was shot in Dhaka, Sylhet and India in its first schedule.

Currently, Ananta and Brasha are also awaiting the release of ‘Din – The Day’, a joint production of Bangladesh and Iran, which is scheduled to hit theatres on December 24.

‘Din – The Day’ will be released in Bengali, Persian, Arabic and English languages.
