Dhaka stocks open in the red amid volatility on Wednesday, reversing from the previous session's rally.
In the first hour into the trade, the benchmark DSEX index fell 12.60 points or 0.17 per cent to 7,036.
Shariah-based DSES index decreased 0.89 points or 0.06 per cent to 1,479, while the blue-chip index DS30 declined 13.92 points or 0.52 per cent to 2,646.
