Covid-19: Global deaths reach 693,968

The global death toll from the novel coronavirus infection reached 693,968 as of Tuesday morning, according to the data provided by the Centre for System Science and Engineering of Johns Hopkins University.

Moreover, 18,294,793 Covid-19 cases have been confirmed around the world.

Although cases of new infection keep growing among the infected world population currently, most of them are in mild condition.

In Bangladesh, 30 patients died from Covid-19 in the country over the last 24 hours as of Monday, taking the death toll to 3,184.

Besides, 1,356 more people tested positive for the virus, which makes 242,102 confirmed cases in total.
